Mokha story dries coffee fruits naturally on ... raised beds under sun light and on rooftops, as well as using modern techniques and methods in drying to enhance the flavour of the beans.

Mokha Story moves harvest in jute bags for processing, to maintain the right moisture level quality and avoid any extra fermentation that can be gained during transportation.

At our processing plant, the beans go through many processing stages achieve best quality, before we carry out a green-beans assessment.

Finally, Mokha Story roasts and cups samples to score our beans as per CQI guidelines before preparing them for exportation to the international markets in hermetic bags.

Mokha Story’s eye for detail, coupled with our ancestors’ centuries of old practices, together with our technological advancement, are our tools to guarantee the finest Yemeni coffee to reach out to the world, just like when all started from the Mokha Port.
